All new clients start with a free consultation. This brief phone or video consultation allows me to quickly pick up on your preferences and goals. This time also assists in quote preparation while allowing me to create a game-plan in advance so I can get to work right away!

The duration of each project depends on a variety of factors, however each session is generally about 4-5 hours. We will cover time estimates during your free consultation!
Any unwanted items (with the exception of large/heavy furniture unless 72 hours of notice is provided) I will dispose of and/or donate the day of service, free of charge.
Yes! However, because each space is unique, some items may need to be purchased online. This may cause a small delay in adding the “finishing touches”, but this will be accounted for early on in the process if possible.
NOTHING gets thrown out without your approval or prior permission to do so. If I’m unsure on what to do with an item, I will set it aside for us to go through later.
You do not need to be present at the time of service; however, this is entirely up to the homeowner if they would like to be included in the process and/or their comfortability level.
This is a great question! Not only will things be organized in a way that makes items easy to find, but we will also go over what was completed at the end of each session. If you are unable to be present for a quick recap, I will provide labeled photos with descriptions of where items are located. However, please keep in mind that I service many homes and as more time passes, I may not always remember where everything is located.
YES! We now offer maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, and recurring cleaning services. We are currently working to add a page dedicated to providing more information in this area.
